since alpha can cross train other race ship ,i wanna tryout every other race ship upto atleast battle crusier so if i try to learn all race ship upto battle crusier will i hit 5 m SP ? and if it does will i meet any other potential problem

Well unless you want to use the ship as other than an expensive shuttle youll be fine
