Corp recruiters are usually given ‘Personnel manager’ role, which also grants access to edit and remove corp recruitment ads.
However, publishing new ads or extending expired ads requires access to corp Master Wallet, which is usually not given to recruiters. Therefore having access to corp ads for recruiters is vastly broken.
Recommendation: Remove ISK cost of publishing & extending recruitment ads. It only 7.5 million ISK to publish 28 days of recruitment ad, therefore this is not a meaningful ISK sink.

Instead of removal, how about being able to assign another wallet division?
It seems like there are a number of charges that must come from the Master.
That would work but honestly a ‘Recruitment wallet’ doesn’t make much sense to me, extending the recruitment ads would be the only use for the wallet.
I don’t think it is an ISK sink. I think it is a spam prevention.
But honestly, let us use a different wallet division. Or at least let recruiters use their personal wallets to make ads. To many things rely on Master wallet need. We need better corp management tools in game.

Having a different wallet is a less preferable solution for me but is still a solution I’d take. Bothering directors constantly to deal with recruitment ads is annoying for everyone.
