I’ve put in tickets three times as you say, but gm killerkoala and gm baldur have shut down all inquiries, even threatening to ban me if I keep asking because they consider it spam. Is this CCP’s answer, that they told me to send inquiries but not that they’ll compensate me?
GM are so frikking aggressive when they have to SRP ship
like, unless you are a frikking screenshot with time zone, error code, whot were you doing before the thing, they will insta close the ticket and threating you with a ban.
