[Resolved] 20241001 - Skyhook Reagents Missing After Update 2024-10-1.1

We’re investigating reports that reagents located within Skyhooks are no longer visible after todays update.

We will message via this thread once we have more information.

Update 12:02 UTC - We’ve identified the issue and produced a fix. Just checking if the fix was universally successful.

Update 12:18 UTC - The proposed fix was not viable. We’re continuing to look into the issue.

Update 12:53 UTC - We’re continuing to investigate the issue - currently looking into how widespread it is and identifying the affected Skyhooks.

Update 13:53 UTC - We’ve identified the issue. The current proposed solution will take some time to develop and then deploy. We’re confident that no reagents will be lost with the current solution we are aiming to implement.

Update 15:37 UTC - A fix has been coded and were in the process of deploying it. The fix is aimed to make all reagents visible in Skyhooks. No reagents should have been lost.

Update 15:55 UTC - The fix has been confirmed. All affected Skyhooks should now have their reagents visible.

Even the software noticed how bad the latest changes were. It’s a strike!

I noticed on some moons the auto moon drill is no longer rendering in space, but its can still be interacted with via the overview/selected item. I know its not my settings, as I see drills on other moons just fine.

not working for me.

still shows no old stuff plus the generated stuff is not calculated correctly it should be 93 m3 per hour between both silos
