Did you forget to respawn the normal asteroid belts ? They are already pretty much empty.

You are clearly entitled to delay downtime. But it wastes peoples time. Greatly appreciate for the purposes of fairness, you rotate downtimes so that it doesnt just benefit specific time zones. Wake up early in the morning only to adjust to your mechanics, and then have you pull the rug out. Make it fair.
