Have you tried clearing the cache? Failing that, file a support ticket with F12 and put it under ‘Hamster Reimbursement’.

Oh crap, there’s the problem! It was unplugged the whole time! Now where do we plug it in?.. Who moved the table from the outlet!!!
I think they are trying to find an extension cord long enough to the outlet now instead of just moving the table closer.
PS… THE WHEEL IS SPINNING BUT THE HAMPSTER IS DEAD.
