caldari fw is what you listed but minmatar side of the same warzone scratches a lot of the same itch. minmatar fleet is fw and lowsec pirating daily, alliance has sov when filaments or exploration turn into null ratting nights
rattini tribe takes small groups and returning vets… casual chill is basically the default. if ustz fw specifically matters more than all-tz coverage, the dark tribe (same alliance) is the tighter pst option
