Hmm do you want a solo active fit or a fleet buffer fit?
I’ll just give you 3 options:
Tengu active solo:
6x pithum a-type medium remote shield booster

With a shield command mindlink and heat you can rep up to 635hp shield per second for a short amount of time.
The shield booster is not the “tank”, your mobility is, so keep moving.
Tengu fleet option 1:

2x thukker medium capacitor battery
sentient sensor booster (eccm script)

The third option would be the switch the propulsion subsystem to

This will remove one low slot and give one med slot. You would have to remove 2x power diagnostic unit and replace the now free low slot with a true sansha reactor control unit and the new med slot with a true sansha cap recharger.
