1 - You find a good one (unlikely)
2 (more common) you get competition and your site is stolen
3 (more common) you get a DED combat site but its the rogue drone one that has bad loot so no one ever does it, and since no one does it, its still there, taking up space that could have been a good combat site.
Want to do exploration? Hack data or relic sites?
1 - You do some and get good loot (unlikely)
2 - Someone else is already hacking it (could happen)
3 - Its cherry picked and all the good stuff is gone and all thats left is 100 isk worth of Carbon, but since it was cherry picked it still has containers and has not despawned (common)
Want to do security missions?
1 - Outdated. Could be lots of problems with them, but i dont know much so i will just leave it at Outdated.

Idea! Go far away from trade hubs so there is less competition!
Idea! What about we all do that?
Problem: Oh no the competition is back and this time we are so far away from the trade hub, the Elders of Eve were wrong about going further away leads to less competition? Impossible! Why is there a countdown in the sky? Are we all gonna die?
L> Especially if the playerbase grows and more people play eve, which results in more competition.

I might just do high sec mining or Abyssal Deadspace, which does not contain so much competition for the same thing that its either cherry picked, stolen, or done in such a way that the only combat sites you get are the ones with bad loot
I know i could join a low or null corp but nah, i prefer high sec.
