Outer Ring — Scotch & Tea™, purveyors of the finest whisky in New Eden, is pleased to report that Outer Ring has once again entered one of its periodic seasons of optimism, construction, traffic, diplomacy, and other early warning signs of poor decision-making.
Recent developments across Outer Ring and neighboring regions have encouraged Scotch & Tea to expand its field procurement operations from Cloud Ring toward Fountain. Company representatives describe this widening footprint as a natural response to customer demand, favorable harvesting conditions, and the timeless commercial principle that fine whisky does not gather itself.
In support of this growth, Scotch & Tea has begun moving select DROP and EXILE products into the Dodixie market hub. These premium offerings are intended for discerning capsuleers pursuing sharper judgment, faster decisions, and the comforting illusion that either was present at the time.
Scotch & Tea is also pleased to report the ongoing training of a new cadre of Widow pilots. While the program remains in its early stages, management is encouraged by the enthusiasm, aggression, and occasional survivability displayed by participants. As with all serious professional development, a few eggs have been broken. The omelet, however, shows promise.
The company also extends its warmest congratulations to HOSTILE and INIT on their recently observed ceasefire. Regional peace, however temporary, is a noble achievement and should be celebrated by all responsible parties.
