Sends mail ingame to the characther He/She wishes to buy. This mail contains:
-Account Name
-Link to the Character Bazaar thread
-Notice you already payed the isk
Confirm on this thread you did this
Seller:
Confirms on this thread that He/She received the isk and the account info.
Now you transfer the character to the provided account name. This cost 20$. If you wish to pay with plex. You have to have 1000Plex ready to use and contact customer support that you wish to transfer the character to xyz account.
Confirm you sent the character on this thread, and should be transfered in around 10hours.
