either you select a safer area, which costs more fuel or you take the shorter path with higher risk (only 1 NPC station and much more)
so jumping to the Tritanium and jumping out, costs around 30 to 35M ISK per Rhea jump
lets say, 30 and 21 laps = 620M ISK for the fuel
or different point of view
1 JF has loaded Tritanium 170M ISK worth
this is not even worth to undock a JF, except you had to fly empty
