Serpentis Ratting - Faster

So I am a ratter and I want to kill them faster. Easy as that. I had been using a Sentry Dominix to rat in but felt it was slow going and was hoping for something faster. So here are my two Ideas for “Faster” and somewhat inexpensive. If you see any improvements that are simple and significantly impactful, please let me know.

First is a Cerberus.

Cap Stable with everything running. Pyfa shows 430 dps against Serpentis (my rats of choice currently).

Next is a Deimos.

The Cerberus has much longer range (35km for me) vs the Deimos 4.5k Optimal and 5k falloff but the Deimos has 15% more DPS per Pyfa. So am I missing some trick to get the Cerberus better or is the Deimos the way to go or is there some other HAC I should consider (was not convinced the Ishtar was producing the same DPS but maybe I just built it wrong)

You could try rails Proteus. With blitz fit.

Blasters range is too low really, sure it has more DPS but you will spend time traveling to each rat which lowers your really DPS, also if you are right in the middle of all of the rats then you take more damage /need more tank which means lower DPS again. The same fit would work with Rails, Just AB around the Rat ball at like 20km.

As for Faster, Super Carrier > Carrier > Vindi > Everything else.
