the server keeps crashing more and more. it was actually more stable in the past years. the current state of affairs is frankly worrying.
They closed the servers just now and noted something to the fact that they’re trying to fix the stability issues. I figure something broke and they need a bit to fix it, these things happen.
almost an hour now since EVE crashed. Has anything like this ever happened before? this seems serious, maybe a hardware failure in one of the servers.
I don’t see any reason to worry! The game is getting harder! The game is changing! New content appears! Failures are inevitable, you need to accept it!
yep. this definitely seems like a hardware fail or something. maybe a stick of RAM gor fried in the server? or a motherboard? even if it takes half a day for them to sort it out, just chill out, people, it’s not the end of the world!

I was doing abyss in a 2 an a half bil ISK Sacrilege and a 2 bil ISK pod. You want me to accept that???
During Downtime/Server shut down you should be removed to known space…
Otherwise ask them to recover your ship. Had the same issue once.
sotty for your loss. the sever seems to be up now, log in quickly and see if your sac is still there. the pocket timer might have froze and if you had your repers on, it might have kept them on and you can still save it.

i logged in to an empty pod in my homestation. i lost EVERYTHING! fukc this game, i’m uninstalling!
Write a CCP report . I think they will compensate you for your losses! You need to be kinder and smarter, and not panic for no reason!

this happens more often lately. it feels like they are trying to do too much with the game code and they sometimes break things. they should just take small steps at a time. slow and steady progress.
thought this was gonna be a year long necropost, but OP just doesn’t know how to write dates…
With the latest subscription cost increase, I wouldn’t be surprised if soon the servers will go down for good!
