Yes, I have several alliance mates (and myself) that have issues logging in. Same error message as you got, then no ingame menu. Some people have a different server node id (2241622 instead of 2241608), but the behaviour is the same.
EDIT: Server MOTD has been updated; “We’re currently experiencing issues on Tranquility that are affecting server stability. Please follow the thread below for more updates:”
