Horizon Logistics offers a public Bulk Buyback service for capsuleers operating in Amarr space and the surrounding trade corridor.
Our current service area includes 42 approved public contract locations. The locations available to your character are displayed inside the tool before submission.
Paste your EVE inventory export into our system. It identifies supported items, combines duplicate entries, calculates the current estimated payout, and submits the accepted inventory as one organized buyback request.

Pricing
Standard public payout is calculated at 90% of the current Jita IV–Moon 4 highest buy price.
Market prices are retrieved through CCP ESI and must be current before the system will produce a usable quote. You see the supported items, quantities, pricing, and combined estimated payout before submitting.

Horizon currently operates this service through 42 approved public locations across Amarr space and nearby systems.
Select your delivery location from the approved list inside Bulk Buyback. Locations outside the displayed service area are not currently supported.
How It Works

Open the Horizon Public Services page.

Continue through EVE Online SSO.

Set your EVE inventory to List Mode.

Copy and paste the inventory into Bulk Buyback.

Preview the accepted items and estimated payout.

Select one of the approved public locations.

Submit one combined buyback request.

Horizon reviews the request and prepares the corresponding EVE contract.
Your submissions remain available under My Requests for tracking.
