Just like the mobile game has their own discord and isnt discussed here
You can try changing the language of your PC and see what that does
This is a known bug and the teams are aware and working on the issue

It has been another two weeks. I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.
I have reduced the 10 accounts to only 1 account.
This bug can cause Preview-O to malfunction and affect multiple characters logging in and using the game simultaneously.
