Singularity never appears online in my launcher and when I click on reset password or create account it goes to a webpage that appears to not exist

I had previously been able to log into the test server. Now it never shows as online in my launcher and I am unable to log in. When I click on create account or forgot password it takes me to “https://secure-singularity.testeveonline.com/signup/?utm_medium=app&utm_source=launcher” and “https://secure-singularity.testeveonline.com/forgotpassword.aspx?utm_medium=app&utm_source=launcher” which returns “server IP address could not be found” This happens on both my computers on different networks no matter what I do. Any suggestions?
