What is it that makes the size of this circle smaller or larger? On some characters the actual diameter of this circle is bigger than other players.
Is it the training time multiplier?

I have 1 day left on one character and the circle is large and another with 1 day left and the circle is small.
Your width of the Neocom makes it larger.
