I know you suggested sharing design ideas, and while this is not exactly that…
If you want to make a extra copy of a skin for an alt, you can price the skin for as little as you like. I made a skin for an alt and priced it at 286,000 isk, using the one day listing option in the Paragon Hub. CCP took their 30 percent commission, 85,800 isk, plus a one day listing fee of 200,000 isk, leaving me with 200 isk in my wallet after all was said and done.
There is a few second delay between when I listed and when my alt was able to see the listing, so you’d have to be quick and time it so the skin is purchased by your alt and not some enterprising fellow pilot who can then…apparently…relist your creative efforts for their own profit. If you use this method.
Anyhow, the whole procedure would be to make duplicate skins at the same time. CCP charges their “creation” fee per skin, and then you can sell them for, in my case as little as 286,000 isk per skin, to an alt, corp mate…whoever. The only complication is the timing, which is as I said open to other pilots.
If someone knows how to restrict the sale to alts or corpmates, I’d appreciate knowing that, as well.

Plex Price has gone up since upgrade!
They may do away with the isk completely and have the players use only PLEX. Otherwise it doesn’t make sense to reduce the isk in the game since PLEX cost is past 5M isk.
