I multi box up to 8 accounts for my industry. I will be starting small as I am just coming back. I’d rather not have to fight as I am a care bear. My focus is on fuel blocks and exumers. I also pump out orcas.
Join a nullsec bloc and they’ll stuff you in a sheltered system surrounded by regions worth of intel.
That’s as safe as it gets in EvE.
