That is a good idea actually. I have 3 offers between 240 and 250b. One offer at 260b.
I will close this sale at DT. Highest offer at DT will get it. If the highest bidder will not accept the contract within a reasonable time (1 day) I will contact the second highest bidder in game. Below 260b there will be no sale in any case.

At the moment there are 2 leading offers. Dart Lady with 275b and another same value offer (potential buyer wishes to stay private) received in game last night. I will give precedence to the earliest time stamp offer as customary.
I can not login right now as to check the exact time stamp of the in game offer to see who was first but will do that as soon as possible after DT (probably 2-3 hours after DT).
Selling is closed at 275b. Contract will go up to the buyer who offered first this amount in game. In case contract will not be accepted within 24 hours, it will go to Dart Lady.
