@Yura_Sakura the other party actually pulled out. So it’s yours for 23b if you would like. If you are going to inject yourself it would be well over 30b so feel free to go down that route if you want to waste isk. I have had this toon on the market for ages so i’m in no rush what so ever 
You asked why it kept going up? That’s what happens when you have trade channels on discord where others than just yourself are bidding. Fortunately for me, you aren’t the only interested party.

When I offered 22B, you said there is already 22b offer which is 1 month ago. I had a question that 1 month offer is still available but I thought 1b is affordable so ok, 23b. THEN you said there is 23b offer so I need to go up to 24b. So I gave up and canceled offer. THEN you said that 23b offer in your alliance was canceled. What a great coincidence! I felt like if I offer 24b, you will make another weird reason to go up to 25b.
You know what? I will just SPEND my isk to my alt rather than WASTING to you.
@Yura_Sakura, I’m in test and on discord(s) we have a lot of channels where people buy and sell stuff on corp, alliance, and coalition level. Recently we have been needing a lot more links so i posted that i’m selling this toon there and the current offer for him. So you can complain that others gave me offers or you can accept that you aren’t the only person on the internet. Some of them flake out, like the person that offered 22 then went to 23 then said they bought a super instead so no longer had the 23b. You should see all the fire sales in Delve tempting everyone.
So if you would like him for 23b let me know. If not no big deal. Either way, hope your day goes better than it sounds like it has been.
