I know Jita is generally unsavoury and similar to Mos Eisley but there are a group of Russians (I believe) spamming chat with all sorts of… well whatever it they are saying.
I am sure you can see who it is from your logs, but any chance you guys at CCP can do something about it.

Go to Perimeter, problem avoided
if you’re in Jita, turn off your logging, or have a scheduled task to compress or delete
The issue is currently under investigation.
