Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but does CCP ever have a sale/discount on the Character Transfer service? I have several accounts with PI alts and I would be interested in combining them into one 3 toon account. Is there a time of year that usually happens?
Don’t think they ever did this, so wouldn’t count on it happening either really.
