I am looking at the ‘Desert Heat’ Thermal Dissipation Field Blueprint and it lists the input materials as various Talocan items… Ive done sites like Museum Arcana and none of those materials have dropped from there, EvE typically gives no reference about how to obtain these things and a search online revealed nothign about where I can find them, any ideas?
I think some materials drop in specific cosmos places, some other materials drop in sleeper caches.

They used to drop only from Cosmos Site, but I think some from from Data sites now.
