Is it possible to switch from one account to another when the game is launched.

I cannot say for sure but I don’t think there is. Does it really take you that long to launch the client (from Launcher)?

Not exactly the same thing, but related as I assume you are wanting to switch between different Alpha accounts or Alpha and Omega accounts.

Over the years there have been multiple threads about switching between characters on the same account. Long before Alphas even came along.

CCP Karkur clarified why that wasn’t possible:

The same limiting factor would apply in the case of wanting to switch between accounts if you can’t run multiple accounts together.

What i ment was, when i in the beginning of the game choose one caracter and play with that caracter for a while, and then want to chance to another caracter.
is that possible without loggin out of the game.

No. You have to log out to switch toons.
