ah, thank you for clarification, I was unaware such a module existed, when he said ML-EKP Ballistic Computer I assumed it was a meta variation of GC 
hmmm assuming that eve ref is up to date tho it seems to have higher rof bonus compared to BCU II, with slightly less damage bonus (eve ref lists 0.92% rof 1.08 damage vs 0.9 rof 1.10 damage) EDIT: I have noticed very swiftly /s that everef lists rof in multiplier instead of bonus so 0.92 is weaker rof bonus than 0.90…
of course that’s bold assumption probably, so I’ll have a look at the numbers in-game tonight
(the fit I would be adapting is using atm GC and web, no GEs rigs are all reserved for tank)
