I’d like to thank GM Cherry Blossom and GM Rex for solving my issue with an inpossible to complete mission that stayed impossible after the first few suggestions to fix it didn’t work. The last message sent in the ticket was a mention that my mission was reset and I could either warp to the pocket before downtime or the whole thing would be reset after DT and I’d have to request a mission from that agent. The last message also mentioned to mention anything in the ticket if there were further issues. I did not see this message until the next day, but my issue was resolved without loss of standings with the agent’s corp. I was going to thank the GMs and say it was solved, but the ticket was already closed. So I decided to mention here, thank you guys for fixing my problem

Very cool and gratz for getting the issue resolved…
It tells a lot about the GMs that it’s so rare they do the right thing it’s worthy of a thread.
Having said that, glad you got it sorted.

I intended to just say “thanks, it worked” in the ticket itself so they could see it, but it got closed. Basically, if Plan A worked, the thread wouldn’t have existed. But it’s not a problem the ticket got closed since after all my in game problem was resolved.
