As I said earlier, I’m disputing your claim of it being fact on the lack of evidence presented.
I don’t have any evidence either way, and given your methods of selective quoting to twist peoples words I’m going to refrain from positing my, currently uninformed, opinion about whether or not hisec has more deaths on a per head basis than nullsec.

Even when we measure intelligence do we apply standards as to how we measure and what this measurement describes.
So you should be able to do the same when you want to quantify PvP.
Now we’re asking you to provide us with the method by which you want us to measure it. It won’t be meters or inches obviously.
