Look at it this way:

  • Mobile internet is still not unlimited. And in many places people have prepaid amount of internet traffic even on wired connection.
  • spam (and ADs in general) eats into this amount.

Result:
You pay for some amount of traffic and some spam/ADs take part in this amount. => you pay for spam/ADs with your money.

Do You want to pay to see spam/ADs? Me don’t.

The usual reason I ignore certain people. Others, though, prefer to engage in shouting matches which fills threads up with screeds of hastily, angrily written dross.
