Hi everyone,
I’ve been working on TradeRelay, a structured player-to-player trading platform for EVE Online.
The idea is simple: instead of posting a one-line WTS / WTB message in chat, Discord, or the forums, TradeRelay stores the important trade details as structured data.
Listings include things like:
-
Item
-
Buy / Sell
-
Quantity
-
Price
-
Delivery location
-
Expiration time
This makes listings searchable and filterable, instead of getting buried in forum posts or chat history.
The long-term goal is to support more advanced player trading as well, including:
-
Offers and counter-offers
-
Partial fills
-
Bulk procurement / RFQs
-
High-value individual assets
-
EVE SSO / ESI asset verification
-
Contract verification
TradeRelay does not hold ISK or items. Actual settlement still happens through EVE Online contracts.
The project is currently in early testing, and I’m mainly looking for feedback from traders, industrialists, buyers, sellers, and other third-party developers.
You can try it here:
If you have suggestions, find something confusing, or think there’s a trading workflow I should support, I’d really like to hear it.
