I would like to see a role for Corporation officers that would allow a designated official to view members trained skills, SPs and training status, with the goal of offering guidance and direction towards training.

I think there’s a way to see all the skills and possessions of another character that is if he allows it
… this is what the api is for.

What others have said, there is an API that utilizes this function through third-party software.
