Triggering the players

Carry a full rack of cargo and inertia modules for distro mission ships. You’ll usually have the i-stabs fit, but you’ll occasionally need the hold space.

That’s a common misconception, it’s actually the Bestower.

By over 2k m3, with each respective hauler to 5.

Oh? Hmmm, it has slightly lower base cargo, but an extra low slot for an expander. I’ll have to see how big the gap is when I get home. Still, Gallente have the overall advantage in their specialized haulers before the player gains T2 access.

If you feel so, good for you. In my opinion it has no practical use besides confusion to have that many “specialized” haulers. They just kept it for classical reasons and renamed the other 4 Iterons to reduce confusion a bit.
You can reach the maximum T1 hauler skills in the first month anyway and also fly all of them from day 1.

With Hauler 5 in each ship and fully expanded, the Iteron V is 40,453m3 and the Bestower is 42,685m3.

The Bestower aligns 1s slower than the Iteron’s 11s, if you don’t use the Cloak/MWD trick to reduce it to 10s.

That’s about the only difference between the two. Fit for max cargo, the EHP difference between the two doesn’t matter if it gets ganked.

Enjoy.

I love the specialized haulers. If I have to move a sh!t-ton of those materials, they’re a much cheaper and faster option than a DST or Blockade Runner. I don’t need to waste rig or low slots on cargo space and can fit for align time. My hauler alt, with Gallente Hauler 5, has a Miasma with a 63km3 ore hold and an align time just under 6s. The Epithal and the Kryos both have holds larger than a DST at Transports 5, with the max skill DST only being able to haul more ice than a Kryos.

In each of their respective hauling roles, the specialized haulers are absolutely the best for what they haul. Well, except for ice, but you need a max skill DST pilot to beat a Kryos hauling ice as it still beats a DST with Transports 4.
