Just recently I had a similar experience which I posted about here.
If by chance you have the Aura tutorial active, then just quit the current mission and all your windows will come back.
The Aura tutorial is badly bugged and you don’t need to complete it to continue on with the game. If you haven’t already completed the Career Agents then just go do them, they work good enough as a tutorial.
