Yes this is annoying that its for multiple drops, also havent gotten anything after the Primae skin but glad to see its not an isolated incident and hopefully CCP finds a way to resolve the problem.
This is an ongoing issue. I have got the “redeem items“ button ingame for the latest drop (Halcyon R-4 Booster; Blazing Teal Metallic - Limited; Mysterious GalNet Crate II; Vedmak Unbridled Glory SKIN). I’ve hit the redeem in station - and nothing happened, nowhere to be seen. No crate, no SKIN, nothing. Not in inventory, not anywhere. Opened a ticket with CCP, but they don’t seem to be very helpful.
My ticket was resolved and I received my drop items. I would suggest just to be patient as it seems there is a lot of tickets opened.
