Last two Twitch drops were not delivered to me ingame after being claimed on Twitch. Yes I confirmed that my account is linked. I’m collecting all twitch drops for several years now. Never miss them and never had any issues with so far.
Issue is with 2500 EverMark old and Clear Gelidus Satin OLD. Does anybody else has this issue? To whoom I can talk?
Was it ccp twitch or another gamers twitch?
I got these from watching nonCCP streamers, like almost all other nonCCP channel drops.

This drop is now active. I’m afraid I won’t get that one also because it is named “old” like previous two drops.
I can confirm that I have not received the Mysterious Booster crate, the 2500 Evermark, and now the Winter Bloom Matte.
I did however, receive the Clear Gelidus Satin.
I opened a ticket regarding this on 27/12 but have yet to receive and update.

Not really possible.
The drops are triggered after a certain time has amounted - they are ‘released’ from Twitch and aren’t channel dependant.
I also had this issue, on multiple accounts. I submitted tickets on all of my accounts, they were answered about 6 days after I submitted them. The drops not being able to be claimed started after the Primae Refined Resourcer drop. After that drop finished, I have had issues with every single drop afterwards.

What was the response on yours?
They granted me the items, but they also said that it was a case by case basis, and that this was an exception. This is clearly a widespread issue, however.
I have yet to claim the newest drop, the Winter Bloom Matte old one, so no idea if that will work or if I will have to comment on the ticket again.

I haven’t seen anything about this from CCP yet. I’ve checked places like the forums, discord, etc.
I would submit a ticket and provide screenshots like the image you provided.
Has anyone submitted a ticket with Twitch to see if this is an issue on their end?
Rhetorical question, more of a suggestion than an actual question, but y’all should explore every avenue of resolution.
Nope, I submitted only a CCP ticket two days ago, didn’t receive the response yet. Don’t know where to open a ticket with Twitch, didn’t find it.
And this is 4th drop not received…
I was going to contact Twitch first, but when I started to file the ticket, this caught my eye… Directly from the Twitch support ticket interface:
