I pretty consistently am unable to accept a courier contract when I arrive at a station. I click “Accept” and nothing happens.
I find that if I log out of the game and back in that I am then able to accept the contract, but it is annoying having to log in/out for this reason.
You could also try to Shift-Click your ship or shift-click on the ship entry in the Inventory hangar tree on the left side. That resets the cargohold of the ship and you should be able to accept contracts again. Undocking and docking should also work. I have this issue as well consistently. It is a known bug but CCP is not interested in fixing it because the Shift-Click workaround exists.
