first showed up as a random rock that would not mine even those my lasers were cycling.
They kept cycling and nothing ever came into the mining hold.
Turned off eve for a few hours, tries again. This time I was seeing half a belt that would not mine.
Keep having to jump around to different ice sites to find ice rocks that I can mine.

Same issue here with ice harvester not harvesting sometimes…

i had 5 characters running, a mix of t1 and t2 ice harvesters, if I found a rock that would not be mined, it did not mine for any of my characters. I suspect the issue was with the rock and not the lasers or the characters.
