Hi. Is it to possible to sell Upwell when corporation is at war and structure at armor down ?

You can’t transfer a structure whilst at war, so unless you’re selling to the attackers then I suspect there wouldn’t be a buyer.
Only exception I think is if you join an alliance, where you may be able to transfer to an alliance member.
