Definitely. The effective sec level is more important than the normal sec level, so it should be the one displayed.

would be a better way of showing it.

Which does the route finder use? People with “avoid low sec” set may be in for a rude awakening.

I have not been able to login since the last update. stuck at “Loggin In Login complete. processing bulk data” screen. anyone else having this issue?

Audio when changing/removing skins is also missing on Win10. Bug report created.

local playing up again 3 toons saying different people in the system to each other and 1 toon keeps losing connection and regaining connection to local??? also trying to log into other toons it wont let me saying i need omega lol??? i am only logging in on 1 toon WTF!!!

I sent a bug report before friend linked me this page as well.
I’m using Win7 here and since this new patch, there is no “World Sounds” …i cannot hear my afterburners, turrets or explosions around my ship… There is only Aura, only the beggining of warping process part and UI button clicks are still with me. Without combat sounds, this game is not that enjoyable and actually not even playable now :frowning:
The good thing is, they are looking after “Known Issues” it seems :slight_smile:

Is there anything like a roadmap? My style of play heavily relies on sounds like wormhole and stargate activation, as well as ships dropping out of warp and weapons fire, and I‘d like to pause my subscriptions until this is fixed if it needs even longer.

A whole week now, without a solution. How hard is it to restore sounds you know you should have?

Exactly. The “World Sounds” are already there. How hard it can be to fix!

In the wormhole case the sounds are already in the client (the person transiting the wormhole hears them OK), the problem is no-one else can hear them. It would be nice to know if CCP regard this as a bug or feature ^, so we can plan ahead accordingly.

If this is feature, then the wormholes will just die out. Because the sound of coming in someone was the only protection against ganks and some sort of possibility to do something in WH in more or less reasonable safe manner…

CCP wanted more PVP in WH? They made more sh1tholes between them, vast number of frig size, impossible to close? Well, with no sounds they f*cked up all that stuff completely – like blackout in nulls…

@CCP_Dopamine by the way, the issue with no sounds is not only for Win 7 runners. One guy from my corp says he has all mashines with Win 10, and still no sounds.

I got a new thing in my J-space system today - two separate concurrent K162 wormholes leading to the same LS system !

And (unlike last year) I don’t think the problem is a missing sound in Windows or Linux implementations - the sound is definitely there, because you hear it when you go through the WH yourself - but it’s not invoked if you’re not the one transiting the hole (which is why I suspect it may be deliberate).

8 days without a sound, silence is golden ?

Yeah … 2+GB-Update, still no sound. And no statement from CCP. That’s annoying.

Indeed - I’ve just confirmed that ‘bystander’ wormhole sounds are still missing. There’s been no response to my support tickets either (the in-game F12 bug report hasn’t even appeared on my Support Tickets list yet), and no response in these forums (I haven’t checked Reddit).

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but at least it’s weird:

Yesterday a new Invasion location popped up in Dabrid (Tash-Murkon). Today it’s simply off the map, no trace of it anymore. It hasn’t been flipped, it was still in the initial phase (stellar recon), edging towards redoubt around 0100 UTC today.

I admit, we were rather rough on those trigsies (and watched a code. gank fail miserably too, lol), but the raznaborg & co pretending to not even having been in the system is rather low :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

p.s. Dabrid was also a system were a few months ago traces were still present long after a (chapter 2) invasion took place in its constellation.

Patch has broken eve client - cant download or unpack patch - any other users with the same issue

This look a bit weird. Fasse appears to be mid-way between recon and redoubt, so it appears in both tabs, and twice on the other.

Speaking of which: I just closed my Agency and opened it again. I land back in the R&B and cannot use my back button on the mouse or back key on the keyboard to get back to the overview. If you keep the data of the page where I left the Agency, please also keep the data which page I visited before so that I can go back easily without having to find the tiny text in the navigation bar.
