Looks a lot like the persistent bug in the Agency that would show the wrong number of Emerging Conduits in a system. Every time you took a jump the number increased by 5… Sent a bug report at the time and updated it with info but it never saw a fix.
After today’s “patch” download of around 1gb+
Horrible FPS issues with windows 10 machine(s), tried on 2 separate computers…
Both machines prior had 60fps+, today 20-30 tops.
So the original patch caused my combat sounds and other sounds to stop playing completely, no ones found a fix so i switched to laptop #2. This patch now makes laptop #2 sit on a black screen on launch and nothing happens. I only have 2 more laptops, I’m running out of computers to play this game on…
EDIT: It took about a hour and a half for the resource loading symbol to appear, perhaps its doing something now, will update if it finishes.
Is your laptop on WiFi ? Apparently the last update was a ridiculous size, something near a gigabyte, so a slowish WiFi may take quite a while to download it.
After yesterday’s patch to Version 18.05, I can’t run two clients at the same time. When the first account works correctly after switching to the second game freezes.
It is completely unplayable at this time.

Some sounds continue to not work. Yesterday I almost lost the ship because of this!
Missile Launcher VFX stopped working about 30 minutes into session (specifically, rocket trails). Toggling the Effects Boxes off and on again didn’t work. Session changes sometimes fix it.
After I redownload the game I had a new issue…my shader quality is like if it was set to low even though I set it to high…I tried restarting but with no difference…have anyone else encountered this issue

FYI: bug reports don’t appear under Support Tickets.
You need to select the separate Bug Report option in the Support menu drop down on the support website, which takes you to the page to submit a new bug report. From that page, you will have a menu option for ‘My Bug Reports’.
EC in trig systems seem to be a huge vram hog. Every time I warp to one, videos playing in the browser begin to stutter and stop playing the video while the video sound continues. Graphic card load is at 100% in the EC and goes down to 80% outside in warp.
What an incredibly stupid bit of design !
It is quite counter-intuitive, yes. I was really confused when I couldn’t find my recent bugs under Support Tickets, and then saw the separate drop-down menu option when I happened to be looking for something else.
It’s even more complicated on mobile…
And not worth the bother anyway - My alt has submitted 3 ‘F12’ reports in the last 5 months, all genuine bugs. None of them has received a response of any kind. ‘File in the round bin’ I suspect…
s till no sound fix… would love to play this game again… meanwhile subscription time is burning away… i got 2 re subs coming up that are not going to happen if there isnt at least some information released as to the what where and why… i understand Win7 and Mac users are not your majority but we are still subscribing… for now
