So, you are making more money now, but refuse to do your bait PvP because you’d be wasting the money that you worked hard for, which you don’t work hard for anymore in your WH, and even make x4 times of what you did before, as it’s twice the amount in half the time.

In short, you adapted, and could as easily welp 800 myrms now, generating four times the content you did before, but you don’t because… who knows…

Some mental gymnastics people try to pull off to show how CCP broke the game when they dared touching their ez-mode farms is amazing.

Dec 16, 2017 dude…All this is no longer possible. Tracking nerf, ehp nerf, smallstuff ammo/bombs/torps boost. Forget it. Today, with a cap, you won’t crack anything solo like in your video.

Well the torp boost is a good boost to a HAW phoenix, wich was quite enjojable before. I´d say that phoenix is still in a good spot to do some solo yolo style.

you should’ve just removed drone assist instead, problem solved

And as for Cosmic Anomalies and Exploration… I remember a time when Exploration was a mystery and you never knew what and where you could find. Now all the points are highlighted in red, their number is known, it remains only to stupidly search for coordinates in the right place, this simplification makes explorations completely uninteresting routine activity.

that would recuire 4 times the time orbiting havens in Myrmidons or multiboxing 20 alts instead of 5 - thats if we ignore the losses from bounty nerf and ess theft after i log off.
And sending drones after every individual target on every screen.
Maths is not really your strength, huh?

Trying to force UNWANTED play styles and methods, including nerfbatting are the path to self destruction. Guaranteed.

Trying by means overt and covert to socially engineer players is guaranteed to fail. It is not a question of failure, it is a question of MAGNITUDE of failure.

You will socially engineer them right out the “door”.

Guaranteed.

The only question is, how quickly.

@CCP_Dopamine it has been a few years since I’ve mined ice, so I have a few questions regarding the new ice mechanics. (The questions may reflect some having-forgetten the mechanics on my part)

:point_up_2: is this referring to the initial spawn of the day only (as opposed to respawns)?

:point_up_2: Is the random distribution contained within a region, or globally? I assume it’s region but I like confirmation :slight_smile:

:point_up_2: For clarification, does this means that the number of ice anomalies may exceed what was previously a static belt count in a system? That is, if a system previously had only one ice belt, it could now have more than one later in the day?

Mephiztopheleze - and 20 multiboxed ishtars or myrms isnt?

Things need to be applied evenly - far easier (and cheaper) to throw out a bunch of sensor boosted myrms with a cepter or sabre and drones assigned. Requires no real skills.

People need to quit complaining how unfair things are and ask for counters to it (since a t2 fighter costs as much as a frigate - kill one before you die and you are isk positive)

what we have seen so far in our region regarding ICE.
when you clear a belt it respawns in a system with low activity. (this is consistent with the dynamic plan) we have not seen a double spawn in any active system yet.
when the belt spawns in a low activity system it seems to be smaller than in our home system. more data needed.

having to move the ice fleet multiple jumps and competing with others doing the same is time consuming and far less efficient but at least we have some ice for fuel blocks again.

I get what CCP is trying to do here with the drone changes, and that intent is good. The implementation was lazy, though.

As someone who prefers PvE content in general, it needs some love and care. Missions were my bread and butter way back when, so I’m a little biased, but a mission update would be really neat in my eyes.

That is because you don’t know how to mine and are basing your data on emotions instead of fact. Right now prices are a little on the soft side but are still vastly better than they were before any of the recent ore changes.

No. No one is forcing any play style. you dont have to do any of them. you are welcome to start contributing to the game or quit.

I will enjoy forming my sandcastles fully because someday CCP might kick it and time for me to just move out from this game. :slightly_smiling_face: PA and CCP seems don’t want player retention :slight_smile:
