Not after big names or high success rate, just people to show my boys the way and push regular activity. Salaried, pay negotiable depending on activity levels.
No donut, lowsec sub-cap shenanigans and security operations. Mostly low SP/beginner pilots. No bloc ties, no blues.
You don’t have to be good, just active and enthusiastic. Fleets you lead will be covered by SRP, and alliance will provide ships on contract. Expenses covered, with agreed milestone bonuses and regular salary.
