What tools are there currently available to manage contacts? I’m looking for tools, that can read all the current war targets of an alliance and add / label them as -10 on my alts. I know a few of them, just wondering if there are more.

There are a few using CREST and XMLAPI I aware of. Those will stop working on May 5th though as CCP decommissions those two services.
