What are the rules for respawn ice now? it used to be 4 o’clock a long time ago, what are the rules now in nullsec?
Still the 4 hours timer but there is a small, limited number of belts per region now. If a belt despawns it will reappear in one of the systems that used to have ice belts in the past. Multiple belts per system are possible now, too. You can check the Agency where the belts are.
