The first one is only 3.7B since Augmented Vespa drones are no longer a thing. The ship simulator and Goonpraisal both had an error when trying to identifying those.
The next one is 4B due to Vespas again and the 'Thurifer’ Large Cap Battery

I’m not going this big yet. I’m starting small and learning on the way.
By the way: I still have those same shield mods from those Skiffs (I had a couple of spares ready to go). I put them on my Orca and XL freighters. They didn’t go to waste. They continue to serve me well.

I’d like to see him get a Navy Augoror to 110K EHP, with two neuts and a scram, 600 DPS, and 1400 m/s speed…and all be cap stable. Now that’s what I call fitting skill.
