I don’t have a favorite. After having to use the
FACTION STANDING REPAIR PLAN aka ‘The Plan’ - PvE Gameplay Center / Missions - EVE Online Forums
to repair my -9 standings, I just keep small fleets in each region and rotate through them. Some are more fun than others but you learn about how to fit and fly all the empires ships to their advantage.
