My music taste has been completely transformed with the Internet. In the 70s was I still listening to The Beatles and what not. Then came the Pop culture, mixed in with Rock’n’Roll, Hard Rock and Heavy Metal. Basically anything that came down the TV or the radio at some point had a chance to get stuck with me.

But with the Internet it’s so much different. It’s now me who is chasing after the music and no longer public media laying it down on me. I then often find myself on SoundCloud. Anything that fits the moment is right. Last night was I listening to:

Why even listen to 5 minute tracks anymore when you can listen to 1 hour tracks?!

It’s amazing what people create these days. I don’t think they always know what they do, and they probably have no musical education in the traditional sense, and still they create something that’s just satisfying to listen to.
