Sounds like Resource Wars are the thing. Check the Agency tab.

Definitely Resource Wars.

Each Faction (Gallente, Caldari etc) has it’s own Resource Wars faction, and you gain standing / LP with that faction by completing Resource Wars sites. Federal Strategic Material sounds like the Gallente RW faction, so you have to complete RW sites in Gallente space to gain standing / LP with them.

As Ramona said above, check the Agency tab :slight_smile:
